Here concerned citizens are recording an illegal live pigeon shoot. Both the club owner and the police try and intimidate the videographer and fail to ensure her safety when club members become hostile.

Harassed, Cuffed and Searched for Dancing
Guy shows up before Starbucks is open. Decides to kill the time by dancing. Apparently the owner showed up and felt intimidated, so the cops of course cuff the guy, search his car, and turn off his camera.
Way to build trust!
